Sylvia Hipsher age 55 of Rutledge passed away March 2, 2017 at her residence after a short battle with cancer. She was a member of Avondale Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gene and Mary Williams; and three brothers, Steve, Lewis, and Buddy Williams. Survivors include her husband, Buddy Hipsher; sons, Lucas and Shane Hipsher; special grandson, Cayden Hipsher all of Rutledge; sisters Anna Lou Roach and Barbara Cameron of Morristown, Glenda (Randy) Collins and Tammy Wallace of Bean Station, Joyce (Steve) Gibson and Jane (John) Reagan of Rutledge; brothers, Don Williams of Rutledge, Mickey Williams of Pikeville TN; special nephew, David Collins of Rutledge; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M Sunday, March 5, 2017 in the chapel of Smith-Reagan Funeral Home with Rev. Curt Lakins officiating. Interment to follow in Noah’s Chapel Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 5:00 P.M. till 7:00 P.M. Saturday evening at the funeral home.
