David Kenneth Bibbins

Obituary

David Bibbins, age 68, went to be with the Lord on Thursday March 17, 2022. He was a loving father, brother, son, and friend to so many in Bean Station and the surrounding area his whole life. He was saved at Riverview Baptist Church as a teenager.

He is preceded in death by his father, Paul Bibbins. 

He is survived by his mother, Betty Bibbins, daughter, Leslie (David) Grizzel, sisters, Patricia (Pop) Carpenter, Barbara (Danny)Wolfe, brother, Doyal (Judy) Bibbins, nephews, Mike (Michelle) Carpenter, & Kenneth Carpenter, friend, Leila Kenney and a host of special cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. 

The family will receive friends at Smith-Reagan Funeral Home, Wednesday, March 23, 2022 from 5-7pm. Funeral service will follow at 7pm, with Rev. Mike Long, officiating. 

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2022 at 11:00am at Riverview Cemetery in Bean Station, TN.

Pallbearers: Mike Carpenter, Nathan Hayes, Brian Lamb, Jeff Minks, Tim Glutch, Freddie Dalton.
