Frances Bertina Proffitt, age 87 of Rutledge, went to be with her Lord, Friday, July 22, 2022 peacefully in her sleep at Jefferson City Health and Rehab.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Zettie Proffitt; son, Bobby Eugene Manley; one grandchild; and brothers and sisters

Survivors include her daughter, Diana Fay Manley; grandchildren, Phillip Shawn Roach, Angela M. Poole, Jamie R. Poole, Kim Baumgardner, and Rhonda Manley; several great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may come by Smith Reagan Funeral Home at their convenience on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 from the hours of 8:00am-4:30pm to sign the book.
