James Edward Owens, age 65, passed away on March 17, 2022 at Tennova North Knoxville in Powell, TN.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Cleason Owens.

He is survived by his mother; Ruby Owens, daughter; Jena (Bubby) Braden, brothers; Bobby (Elaine) Owens, Jackie (Linda) Owens, Charlie Owens, and Don Owens, sister; Linda (Mike) St Claire, grandchildren; Serenity and Ellie Braden.

Family will receive friends on Monday, March 21, 2022 from 6:00pm – 8:00pm at Smith-Reagan Funeral Home Chapel with funeral services to follow at 8:00pm with Rev. Travis Bowden officiating.

Family will meet at Smith-Reagan Funeral Home at 10:00am, March 22, 2022 for procession to Blue Springs Cemetery for an 11:00am graveside.
