Jody Lynn Richards, age 50, of Rutledge, passed away on March 24, 2022 at home.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Robert Lee Richards Sr. and Ada Murrell Parton, brother; Robert Lee Richards Jr, grandmothers; Barbara Loveday and Nelley Richards, grandfathers; Clarence Murrell and Glenn Richards and stepfather; Paul Wayne Parton.

He is survived by his sister; Angela Richards, stepbrother; David Parton and stepsisters; Lesia Music and Debbie Parton, nieces; Audria Brooks and Ashley Richards, three great nieces; Taylor, Tabbietha, and Teagen, and nephew Tysen Brooks, uncle; Jerry (Janice) Murrell, aunts; Gail (Dan) Fox, Kay (John) Adams and Jennifer (Paula) Logan.

Jody will be cremated with a private celebration of life at a later date.
