Penny Wallace, age 57 of Bean Station, passed away suddenly Monday, April 6, 2020. She was saved and baptized at an early age. She was a member of Grace Missionary Baptist Church and enjoyed talking with others about God’s blessings. Penny loved to cook, quilt, and spend time with her family.
Penny was preceded in death by her parents, Wiley Carl & Mary Melinda Johnson; brother, Steve Johnson; and sisters, Burba Johnson and Donna Andrews.
She is survived by Jerry Coffey of Bean Station; daughters, Jerrica (Scott) Herd and Sara Holt (Troy); step-children, Sherry (Mike) Madon, Todd (Gail) Coffey, Greg Coffey, and Jerry Coffey, Jr.; grandchildren, Darby & Cole Murabito, Henry Holt, Katelyn, Lauren, Morgan, Kristen, and Reagon Madon, Morgan, Jared, and MaKayla Coffey, Amber Coffey and siblings; brothers, Bob (Kathy) Johnson, Chuck (Billlie) Johnson, and Todd “Moose” Johnson; special neighbors, Dean, Kathy, Wendy, and Maudie Coffey and Johnny and Jamie Cope.
Graveside services will be held at 2pm on Friday, April 10, 2020, at Morgan Cemetery on Sterling Dr in Sneedville with Rev. Dale Myers officiating.
