Ruth Esther (Perry) Dodgen, 89, of Knoxville, passed away Thursday, January 21, 2021, at Oakwood Senior Living.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, G.B. Foster, Paul Spoon, and Charles Dodgen; daughter, Sandra Anderson; granddaughter, Tiffany Watts; great-grandchildren, Savannah and Kelsie Garrigues; parents, James Madison & Sarah Perry; and brother, James Herbert Perry.

She is survived by her sons, Terry (Anita) Spoon and David (Holly) Foster; sister-in-law, Jean Perry; and other family and friends.

Due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, private family services will be held.
