Willie Mae Watson, 87, of Rutledge went to be with the Lord on April 26, 2021.
She was a longtime member of Buffalo Baptist Church.
Willie was preceded in death by her parents, James and Callie Romines; daughter, Connie Southerland; grandson, Brandon Dalton; brother, James “Buddy” Romines; sisters, Linda Collins and Marie Scott.
She is survived by her daughters, Darlene (Jim) Standifer, Terri Scearce, and Kathy Dalton; son in law, Bill Southerland; grandchildren, April Couch, Samantha Roach, Heather Standifer, Tyler (Anna) Standifer, Taylor (Cierra) Scearce, Jason, Justin, and Jordan Scearce; great-grandchildren, Keaton Scearce, Brody and Kobe Couch, Ryder Roach, Aylah Watson, Tinzley and Tipton Standifer, Addison and Ayden Standifer, Braxton and Brooklyn Scearce; sisters, Dorothy Burchell, Norma (Deryl) Sinnamon, Barbara (Larry) Martin, and Tennie Frye; several nieces; nephews; great-nieces; and great-nephews.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 29, 2021, from 5:00pm – 8:00pm in the chapel of Smith-Reagan Funeral Home with a funeral service to follow at 8:00pm.
Friends and family will meet at 12:00pm, Friday, April 30, 2021, at Smith-Reagan Funeral Home and proceed to Buffalo Baptist Church Cemetery for a 1:00pm graveside service.
Pallbearers: Jason, Justin, Jordan, Taylor and Keaton Scearce and Tyler Standifer.
